Day 23: Back on track – I think.
After last week’s “incidents” I wasn’t sure how things would shake out. As it turns out, I didn’t gain really, but I did seriously stall. Things should get back on track this week. I hope so, since I’m on week 4, and really really want to get to 40 pounds for all six weeks. I feel pretty good and like I’m in a groove I guess. My schedule has been a bit unpredictable so I can’t follow routine meal times. I try to do lunch around noon, and dinner at six or so. It doesn’t always work that way. Yesterday, lunch was around 1 and dinner was at 10 pm. Definitely too late.
So I mixed it up today.
I had lunch about noon and dinner at 4. Too close really, but I think it’s better than at 10. (Due to a strange work schedule, eating at 6 or 7 wasn’t possible). I don’t eat breakfast since I’m not hungry in the mornings. In fact, I’m not really that hungry at any time but I know I need to get my calories in each day.
Results so far.
19 pounds. (down 1 from yesterday – yay!)
