Day 22: Pounds and Inches. Yay!
Official 3 week weigh in morning. And measurement time too. I’ve mentioned in other posts that I’ve noticed I’m losing inches based on the way clothes fit. Today I re-measured and recorded them to compare against the day one measurements. It’s nice to see the difference and have more than just the scale as a way to see the changes.
So here’s the scoop.
15.25 inches in 3 weeks! I’m pretty happy to see those results. Big losers were waist and hips which makes sense since that’s where I store most of my fat. But other notables were neck, 3/4 of an inch and biceps 1/4 of an inch. Those areas weren’t as big of course, but it’s nice to see that I’m losing all over.

Some folks that I see regularly are aware that I’m on the plan. Today, someone who hadn’t seen me in about a week, commented that she can tell I’m losing – so that’s nice. It’s a little hard to see it when you see yourself daily. I’m going to take a trip to Ohio at the end of week 5 and will see people who haven’t seen me since November so that will be interesting to see if they notice or say anything.

18 pounds and holding. (I fully expect to see this go down tomorrow!)
