Day 20: Back on track – again!
Short post today. I’m doing the fruit day (completely) this time and going to just move past my bad week. I let lots of outside factors interfere with my choices and feel like I’ll do better from here forward. This is mentally hard at times. I don’t feel hungry – even with just apples, but mentally I’d love to have lots of old favorites. Spaghetti, potato chips, cashews and cheese all come to mind. I keep reminding myself that those foods will be available for me when I’m done with this process. And being a healthy weight and feeling good about myself will make having those choices even better.
Results so far.
17 pounds – only gained one with my binge yesterday.
